Content lives in files validated against a schema, not typed into a CMS you have to trust blindly. Every change - copy, a new section type, code - ships as a pull request, a set of scripts checks the copy rules before anything merges, and a human still decides when it goes live.

## What makes it safe

- **Schema-validated content:** Content lives in files validated against a schema. Invalid content fails the build before it reaches a deploy preview, let alone production.
- **Mechanical copy rules:** Banned words, hyphens instead of dashes, sourced stats - checked by scripts, not memory.
- **Every change is a pull request:** Copy, code and schema all ship as a reviewed pull request, never a direct edit to what's live.
- **Human-gated deploy:** An agent can merge a content change. Only a person decides the business is ready to go live.

Content pull requests squash-merge as one clean commit. Deploy itself stays blocked on human confirmations - domain registered, collaboration agreement signed, contracts checked, DNS ready. An agent can merge a content change; it can't decide the business is ready to go live.
