I read the code, trace what keeps breaking and list each repair with an hour estimate. I also say whether a rebuild makes more sense. The diagnosis starts at 2,000 USD excl. VAT. How the diagnosis works
How is the rescue different from the website audit?
It is the same audit, for a site an AI coding tool built that keeps breaking. It starts the same way: a diagnosis, an audit of the code and a roadmap of fixes, each task estimated in hours. It adds a repair or rebuild recommendation. For a site built by hand or by an agency, the website audit is the better fit.
Is any repair work included in the fee?
No. The fee buys the diagnosis and the roadmap. Each task on the roadmap has an hour estimate, and I start only the tasks you approve. You keep the roadmap either way.
Repair or rebuild - how do you decide?
If each problem can be fixed without breaking something else, I recommend repairs and list them in the roadmap. If fixing one problem keeps breaking another, I propose a rebuild instead.
How much does it cost?

What if I don't hire you for the fixes?
The analysis, the recommendations and the roadmap are yours, written so your own developers or the next agency can work from them.
Does the diagnosis come off a rebuild?
Yes. Commission a full rebuild from me afterwards and 50% of this fee comes off it - see Website with a headless CMS.
What if the scope is bigger than one engineer?
