You send your CV. I read it the way a hiring manager or a technical interviewer would, and tell you what to cut, add, or reframe.

Send me something specific
A session works when it starts from one concrete thing: a CV to review, a role decision you are weighing, a raise conversation you are preparing, an interview coming up, or a problem at work you cannot get past. One paragraph is enough.
I prepare before the call
I read your CV or other material before the call, leaving the hour for your questions.
You drive the call
Screen share, your CV or your notes open. You drive, and I ask the questions that expose what's missing or unclear.
You get the notes
A short written summary after the call: what to fix, what to prepare next, and a link behind any claim I made.

Who is this for?
Frontend developers who want a CV reviewed by someone who has sat on the hiring side, are positioning themselves for a new role or a promotion, or are preparing to work with an English-speaking team or client for the first time.
Who is this not for?
People looking for a course from zero - there is better free material for HTML, CSS and JavaScript fundamentals than an hour of my time. I also do not guarantee a raise, a job or a referral.
Does a reply mean the session is on?
No. I reply to every message within one business day. In that reply I check whether an hour with me fits what you need and whether I have the time for it. A session is booked once you and I have both agreed to it, not when the form goes through.
Do you take long-term mentees?
Sometimes. I can arrange occasional follow-up calls when they remain useful and I have time. There is no package or minimum.
What does it cost?
Nothing. This is volunteer work, not a paid service - I don't invoice for it and I don't want to. That also means I can't commit to a fixed cadence or guarantee I have time for every request.
